Happy with what you see? To book further appointments and confirm surgery day, 50% of the remaining treatment cost is due.
The remainder of the account is due at each stage of surgery.

Attend a complimentary consultation. If you wish to proceed with the required scans a $250 contribution is charged.
Compassionate Release of Superannuation

Eligibility and approval for compassionate release of superannuation are determined by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and are subject to applicable government requirements.
Our practice cannot guarantee that an application will be approved or that superannuation will be released.
We recommend that you seek independent financial advice before making decisions about accessing your superannuation, as withdrawing super may have financial, tax, retirement and other consequences depending on your circumstances.
