What to expect on your first visit
Parking
We are centrally located in Ballarat and have free onsite parking in the front of our buildings. Paid street parking is also plentiful.
Pre-fill our medical form
Before your first appointment, download and complete the medical history form below. You can hand this to our receptionist upon your arrival or send it to us in an email.
Payment options & Medicare
We accept EFTPOS, cash and direct deposit as payment options.
We also Bulk Bill through the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) for all eligible children aged 2-17 years of age.
We accept and claim ALL private health funds through our HICAPS terminal, all you have to do is ‘pay the gap’.
All of our clinicians are preferred providers for these funds. This means, by choosing Dental on Errard, you maximise your rebates and you may even recieve 'no gap' for some services.
Check with your policy as to your individualised rebate's for general dental, major dental, dentures and orthodontics.

Plans
Denticare is our verified payment plan provider and is a great program if you wish to spread the cost of your dental treatment over time.

Once your treatment plan is finalised, we will set up the direct debit plan for you.

A 20% deposit of your total treatment fee is required to set up the plan.

You chose weekly, fortnigtly or monthly payments over a 6, 9, or 12 month period.

Once approved, download the Denticare app and manage yourself!
