A lifelong solution to failing teeth.
Immediate replacement of all teeth, expertly placed on a set of implants, that are comfortably embedded into one or both arches.
What is All On Implants?
All On Implants is the permanent replacement of all teeth on one or both arches, utilising 4 or more implants as support. This permanent replacement mimics the function and durability of healthy natural teeth, whilst achieving an aesthetically beautiful smile.
If you have difficulty chewing your food, have ill-fitting dentures, broken or missing teeth, or are anxious about your smile, All On Implants could be for you!
How does it work?
What are they made of?
How is All On Implant different to Conventional Dental Implants?
"All On 4 is a dental implant technique where the upper or lower set of teeth are replaced with just four implants. These four Implants act as a support mechanism for the placement of a new set of fixed teeth.
With the All On 4 dental implant procedure, the posterior implants are tilted 45° towards the rear of the mouth and placed into the anterior maxilla, a region of the jaw with higher bone density. Compared to other implant methods, the All On 4 technique doesn’t require the same density of bone in order to secure the implant." - NEED TO CHANGE
How long does this process take?
From start to finish, the process could take up to 3 months. After placing your implants, a full set of teeth will be inserted immediately, however these aren't the final product. After 3 months of healing, the final set of teeth are permanently placed.
On completion of the implant procedure, healing time is required where osseointegration will happen.
Osseointegration a process is when the bone around the implant secures it in place (just like the root of a tooth) and strengthens the implant to be able to hold the weight of a crown, bridge or denture.
You will be given immediate teeth replacement to wear while healing takes place...
*During Osseointegration, we do ask that smoking and recreation drug and alcohol use is limited if not stopped altogether. This process can take up to 6 months to properly happen.
Where is this procedure done?
All On Implants is done in our Digital Implant and Cosmetic Studio, under local anaesthetic. The option to have this procedure done off-site in a local theatre under general anaesthetic, may also be available.
